Do I need special skills to record?撮影に特別な技術は必要ですか。

No. Set the unit on the tripod, aim it at the target and start recording. Instructions ship with the unit, and we walk you through the first recording by video call.必要ありません。三脚に載せて対象に向け、録画を開始するだけです。手順書を同梱し、初回の撮影はビデオ通話でご案内します。

What can you measure?何を測れますか。

Surface vibration on rotating machinery, piping, structures and production equipment. Performance depends on the target, distance, lighting and mounting conditions, so we confirm applicability with you before shipping.回転機器・配管・構造物・製造設備などの表面振動です。性能は対象・距離・照明・設置条件に依存しますので、発送前に適用可否を確認いたします。

Where does my footage go?撮影した映像はどこに保管されますか。

To SYNRA's analysis environment. We use it only to produce your report unless you give us written permission for anything else.SYNRAの解析環境に保管します。書面でのご許可がない限り、お客様のレポート作成以外には使用いたしません。

What happens after three months?3か月後はどうなりますか。

Return the unit, extend the rental, or purchase it. We contact you one month before the term ends.ご返却・レンタルの延長・ご購入からお選びいただけます。期間終了の1か月前にご連絡いたします。

What if the unit is damaged?装置が故障・破損した場合は。

Tell us and we ship a replacement. Normal wear is on us; we ask you to cover loss or damage caused by misuse.ご連絡ください。代替機を発送いたします。通常使用による故障は当社負担です。取扱いに起因する紛失・破損はご負担をお願いいたします。

Can SYNRA record for us?SYNRAに撮影を依頼できますか。

Yes. On-site measurement and reporting starts at ¥330,000 (tax included) per half day, plus travel costs.承ります。現地計測とレポート作成は半日あたり330,000円（税込）からで、別途旅費交通費を申し受けます。
